Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair on residential and commercial HVAC systems, including geothermal, rooftop units, and hydronics.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and communicate effectively with the team and clients.
Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and best practices through continuous learning.
Operate and maintain company-provided tools, equipment, and vehicles with care.
Collaborate with team members and offer mentorship to apprentices and new staff.

Qualifications:

Experience: Must have 2+ years HVAC experience but willing to train motivated, eager, and dedicated candidates.
Certification: Must have a valid Universal EPA Certification.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

Work Schedule:

Full-time position, with flexibility based on job assignments. Monday through Friday, with overtime as required.
