Overview
We are looking for a Resident Services Coordinator II to join our team in Fridley, MN! This position provides a wide range of administrative support to the community. May also serve as main receptionist for the community. This administrative scheudle includes;
+ 80 hours every two weeks
+ Full time, Day shift
+ Weekends as needed

Responsibilities Job Description
+ Maintain nursing staffing schedule for community (if applicable)
+ Coordinates Administrative functions
+ Coordinates Training and Maintains Records
+ Assists with billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable (if applicable)
+ Coordinates Resident Communication
+ Functions as receptionist for the building (if applicable)
+ Other duties as assigned:
+ Works as Resident Assistant (RA) upon request of building leadership
Qualifications
+ Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree preferred
+ Health Unit Coordinator training preferred
+ Previous experience working with Eldermark and Educare
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
+ One to three years of previous experience preferred
Compensation
$22.06 - $31.15/ Hourly
