The Resident Services Coordinator I position provides wide range of administrative support to Senior Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. Support work may include maintaining nursing staff schedule, assisting with payroll, personnel files and training records, education compliance tracking, and scheduling interviews. Position will schedule cares conferences and assist with resident correspondence. Role may assist with billing, accounts receivable and payable needs; as well as reception and resident services work for the senior community.
This position includes:
- 80 hours in two weeks
- Day shift hours
- Weekends as needed
- On-Call Duty

Responsibilities/Job Description:- Maintain nursing staffing schedule for community
- Assists DHS with E-Time (Payroll) for nursing dept employees
- Coordinates Training and Maintains Records
- Assigns annual Educare training
- Assists with billing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Schedules care conferences
- Coordinates providers that come on-site for services such as podiatry and physicians
- Functions as receptionist for the building
- Works as Resident Assistant (RA) upon request of building leadership
Required:
MS office
Preferred:
Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree
Health Unit Coordinator training
One to Three Years
Previous experience working with Eldermark and Educare
