Key Responsibilities:
Resident Care Oversight: Coordinate assessments, care plans, and appraisals to ensure resident needs are met and documented in compliance with state regulations.
Regulatory Compliance: Maintain a thorough understanding of state, local, and federal regulations governing assisted living and memory care.
Clinical Policy Monitoring: Partner with the Resident Care Coordinator and Medication Room Coordinator to implement and monitor clinical policies.
Team Leadership: Supervise care team members, provide training, and ensure adherence to care plans and clinical policies.
Family & Resident Communication: Keep residents and families informed, address concerns, and facilitate care plan reviews.
Quality Improvement: Monitor care quality, conduct audits, and implement improvements for resident satisfaction and compliance.
What You Bring to the Role:
Experience: Previous experience working with seniors; RN or LVN license preferred.
Skills: Leadership, organization, and attention to detail in care coordination.
Qualifications: CPR, First Aid certification, TB clearance, and fingerprint clearance required.
