Who We're Looking For
The Resident Coordinator is a dynamic, friendly, and driven individual who prioritizes building meaningful relationships in every interaction. Dedicated to creating an exceptional resident experience, they foster brand loyalty by consistently delivering outstanding service. Prospects and residents are engaged promptly and respectfully, ensuring every interaction is professional and valued. Property tours for prospective tenants are conducted in compliance with Federal Fair Housing regulations, while also being personalized, informative, and enjoyable, ultimately driving new leases. Administrative tasks are handled with accuracy and a proactive approach, always striving to go above and beyond to enhance the resident experience. This role also supports the Leasing Professional and Business Manager, along with performing other duties as assigned.
We're Seeking Resident Coordinators to Fill Three Positions:
NE Minneapolis
Join a vibrant, artistic community in the heart of Northeast Minneapolis, where two sister properties totaling just over 200 apartment homes are nestled within the historic arts district. This is a neighborhood brimming with culture, energy, and creative spirit, offering a unique opportunity to build meaningful connections with dynamic residents. As part of this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Business Manager to cultivate an exceptional living experience in a community that inspires and supports its residents. Columbia Heights/Little Canada
In this rewarding role, you'll primarily serve residents at a newer affordable property in Columbia Heights while also supporting properties in Little Canada. This position goes beyond just managing housing it's about making a lasting impact by providing stability and a sense of belonging to individuals and families facing financial challenges. You'll work closely with the Business Manager to create a compassionate, mission-driven environment that fosters hope and community strength. St. Paul

As part of a dynamic team, you'll connect with residents who appreciate contemporary design and luxury living, all while enjoying the proximity to downtown and tranquil parks. This role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships, deliver exceptional service, and create a welcoming environment in a property that balances urban vibrancy with peaceful surroundings. You'll assist the Business Manager in overseeing a newer luxury property situated across from Harriet Island, ensuring that residents have a living experience that feels like home.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
- Provide frontline customer service for all resident requests and issues, vendors, and visitors.
- Answer phones promptly and professionally in a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable manner.
- Schedule appointments, email information, and follow up with prospects per policy outlined.
- Assist with executing meaningful events that engage residents and foster a sense of community
- Ensure a consistently stellar resident and prospect experience.
- Ensure all amenity areas are clean and presentable for resident use.
- Maintain and organize package/mail rooms, amenity spaces, and other areas as required.
- Open and close model units daily, offering showings and walking designated tour route for all prospective tenants.
Annual Bonus Potential $5,000 (Rock Bonus) + Monthly Bonus on Renewals & Leasing
- High School or equivalent education. Customer service, hospitality, or retail experience preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A people-person at heart with an innate ability to work with a variety of personalities and situations in a friendly and professional manner.
- Basic math skills for calculating rent payments, deposits, and other fees.
- Strong familiarity with computers and computer programs including Microsoft Office (Yardi experience preferred).
- Motivated to excel and focus on established goals and sales requirements.
Compensation details: 48000-52000 Yearly Salary
