The Sycamore of River Falls is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful brand-new Assisted Living building in Sycamore, WI. This role is also given training to be able to pass medications.
This full-time caregiver schedule includes;
- 72 hours per two week pay period
- Night shift; shift differential of $2/hr
- Every other weekend rotation

The Sycamore of River Falls is a growing, full-service senior living community with 84 apartments including 68 blended independent and assisted living and 16 memory care apartments in a secured neighborhood on first floor. The property has four villa patio twin home units with two bedroom and three bedroom options for active, independent seniors. The apartment building consists of a variety of studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom units. The underground parking garage has 50 parking stalls, maintenance rooms, and residents’ storage area.

Responsibilities/Job Description:- Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
- Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
- May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
- Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
- Assists with onboarding of new staff.
Required Skills:
- Ability to communicate optimally, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers
- Ability to work in a team setting and support others
- Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population
- CNA certificated if under 18
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
- High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
- Previous work experience as HHA, CNA, NA, DSP, PCA
