Overview
Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.
Shift differentials are additional pay for evening/overnight shifts worked.
We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior age residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our assisted living in Edina, MN. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old. This part-time patient support position includes;
+ 48 hours per two weeks
+ Evening shifts
+ 2pm-10pm, 7.5 hour shift with 30 minute lunch break
+ Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) and holiday rotation

Aurora on France is an innovative senior living community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora offers a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Responsibilities/Job Description
+ Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
+ Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.
+ May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
+ Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
+ Assists with onboarding of new staff.
Qualifications
Required Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.
CNA certificated if under 18.
Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:
High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course.
