Resident Assistant/Caregiver FT Thurs-Mon 9:30PM-6AM - Mennonite Village

We are looking for compassionate and patient Resident Assistants/Caregiver that are eager to make a difference in the lives of seniors. Mennonite Village is a not-for-profit Continuing Care Retirement Community. For 75 years our mission has been to be a Christ-centered community providing life-enriching services. As such, we commit to uphold stewardship, service, and self-determination. Pay $16.00 - $20.01 depending on experience - shift differential of an additional $1 for hours worked between 10PM & 6AM and an additional $1 for weekends. Sign on bonuses up to $500. Shift will be Thurs-Mon 9:30PM-6AM

As a Resident Assistant in our Quail Run Assisted Living building, you will be helping the residents with daily tasks such as getting ready for their day, delivering meals to their apartments, taking their vitals, assist with toileting, hospice care and answering calls lights when additional assistance is needed.

Physical requirements include:

• Regularly lifting 10-50 lbs. during various care and housekeeping duties. Occasionally lift residents weighing over 100 lbs.
• Ability to safely move frequently during workday, including carrying, lifting, standing, sitting, bending, reaching, and kneeling.
• Ability to push and/or pull wheelchairs and other equipment.
