Resident Assistant | Assisted Living Position Details
- Provides cognitive support and assists tenants with home management tasks, activities of daily living, mobility, medication administration, and other delegated nursing functions, as assigned, according to the plan of care.
- Works under the direction and supervision of the RN to assist the tenant in meeting and/or maintaining their highest practicable physical and mental functioning.
- Position is primarily at Northwinds Assisted Living with potential for cross training to our secondary congregate living setting.
What You Offer
- Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and team-player mentality.
- Excel at working independently while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
- Prefer Registered Nursing Assistant by the State of Minnesota; but not required.
- Pass a background study through the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Work Schedule
Most schedules include rotating weekends and holidays. Shift differentials are available for evening and night shifts.
