Reports to: Wellness Director

Resident Aid provides resident care under the supervision of wellness services personnel. The role is to assist the resident holistically, to be the best they can be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as directed and requested by the resident, and guided by the wellness plan created by the resident, family, and clinical team.

Resident Aid job duties include but are not limited to helping C.N.A. with duties that do not require a license to perform task. Resident Aid help with serving meals to residents, cleaning of dining area after meal and resetting dining tables for preparation on next meal. Also help with housekeeping and laundry services provided to the residents.
