Job Description- Lead, support and drive the Research function across all components (including but not limited to team members, technical capabilities, work content, partner / vendor management)
- Strategically develop sourcing paths to identify talent across the healthcare industry within various divisions or verticals
- Create a strategic diversity sourcing process while abiding by legal and ethical standards.
- Research and identify skills, experience, keywords, certifications, etc for various roles.
- Participate in client introduction calls to assist in setting up our recruitment strategies successfully and expeditiously.
- Conduct industry landscapes, competitor analysis and hiring trend data to aide in recruitment
- Contribute to the search strategy session with insights on the talent pool in given locations, industries, and roles.
- Document search strategy and conduct a follow-up review session to validate paths and proposed next steps.
- Provide on-going research help for new path requests throughout each search project.
- Provide additional recruiter support to help interact with potential prospects and aide in sourcing and other internal processes or projects
- Expertly maneuver all tools, resources/subscriptions, and database to identify candidates
- Enter data/parse profiles of selected prospects and load them into individual search projects within a specified turnaround period per request.
- Advise internal employees on best practices for research/recruitment tools
- Develop and teach new research personnel to adhere to internal process, master techniques, and excel in their duties
- Manage vendor relationships with external lead generation platforms
- Provide reporting on usage and effectiveness of external lead generation platforms
- Continuously assess technology resources to recommend innovative solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy for the research and recruiting team
- Any other projects as assigned by the COO or Director of Marketing
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalency preferred
- +3 years of experience in a supervisory role managing a team
- +5 years of planning, coordinating, and completing complex research projects within deadline
