Coordinate office staff ensuring effective office coverage and work assignment distribution; interact with faculty, staff, and administration to address office issues. 2. Coordinate receipt and assignment of technical, legal, and administrative actions received through various emails or listservs, which may include assigning functions and updating grants management system. 3. Oversee the maintenance of various filing systems; observe all state and local requirements for file retention. 4. May assist with grant compliance activities through the generation and/or review of exception reports. QualificationsAssociates and 3 years experience Requires the ability and knowledge for analysis and interpretation of procedures, policies and practices attainable through specific education and/or training programs in a specialty or technical field. Advanced vocational or electronic skills or a basic knowledge of a professional field is required. An Associate's degree or certification/licensing in a technical specialty program of over 18 months and up to 3 years duration are characteristic of this field. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience. Notes to Applicant : Additional Job Duties 1.
