Research and Development (R&D) Engineer - The Fountain Group

My name is Daniel, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group.  We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Research and Development (R&D) Engineer for a prominent client of ours.  This position is located in ­­­­­­­­Pleasanton, CA.   Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Pay: $60 - $66 hourly.
• Participate in design reviews, Risk Management, Validation & Verification plans, and reports during Product Development as required.
• Responsible for Design Transfer activities for new product introductions internally or externally, ensuring quality and manufacturing process readiness.
• Support and/or drive Equipment and Process Validation, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (OQ), internally or externally.
• Provide quality inputs and/or requirements as applicable.

• Must have some experience with GMP, ISO 13485, GD&T and Risk Management (design controls), FMEA
• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, chemical, electrical), or other technical discipline, or advanced degree in other disciplines
