What You’ll Do:
Perform cell-based and flow cytometry analysis to support our biologics projects.
Plan and execute experiments to develop and optimize assays.
Analyze data and interpret results, using software like Softmax Pro, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Maintain and operate scientific equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
Document your work thoroughly in electronic notebooks (ELNs) and prepare detailed reports.
Participate in team meetings to share your findings and discuss solutions to problems.
Develop new technologies and methods for viral vector characterization and improve our processes.

Biologics: Knowledge of working with proteins, fusion proteins, and monoclonal antibodies (mAbs).
Analytical Methods: Proficiency in ELISA, cell binding assays, and reporter assays.
Flow Cytometry: Experience in developing and performing cell-based assays and flow cytometry analysis.
Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and present it graphically using Excel and PowerPoint.
Documentation: Strong skills in documenting your work in electronic notebooks and preparing detailed reports.
