S 3 , Inc. is seeking a Research Assistant to support the SHIELD PEO M&S on Redstone Arsenal, AL. Military experience is a plus.
Description:
Seeking a Research Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the SHIELD project office within PEO M&S. This role involves assisting in program briefings, document development, and creating milestone decision documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing impactful PowerPoint briefings, as well as crafting program communications such as fact sheets, brochures, flyers, posters, and multimedia productions.
- Contribute to the preparation and publication of program communications, including technical documents and illustrations.
- Manage a dynamic workload, prioritize tasks, and navigate technical challenges to meet tight deadlines.
- Contribute to the task management system, emphasizing the tracking and management of tasks from higher headquarters.
- Foster proactive communication and collaboration within the organization to ensure timely goal achievement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience
