Basic Qualifications
3+ years of related experience required; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
The following job-specific skills and competencies are preferred:

- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- Master's Degree is strongly preferred (MPH, MS, etc.)
- Experience with statistical software such as R strongly preferred
- Experience working internationally in low and middle-income countries, Africa or Latin America
- Experience and/or interest in a research career in mental health field
- Experience with human subjects research and grant-funded research
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with REDCap is a strong plus
- Works both independently with minimal supervision and within a team environment
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and diplomacy at all times with diverse staff across institutions and
- countries
