When you join us as a Research Admin Assistant, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators to achieve the best clinical outcomes. You Will: Coordinates all patient visits Manages all email and telephone correspondence between research sites, imaging centers and RadNet research team in regards to patient visits Manages Contract Research Organization (CRO) and study site requirements for subject scheduling requirements for each study Ensures compliance with established study time frames Keeps accurate tracking records for each patient by maintaining outlook calendar notifications to the research team. Adheres to flow sheet guidance for scheduling patients to ensure the correct location, scanner, and trained personnel are being engaged for each appointment. Adjust schedule to meet the needs and requirements of the department. Assists lead Research Assistant with any specific projects required. Maintains filing and billing data entry as assigned. Identifies important issues or problems and communicates to the Lead RA or management. To Ensure Success in This Role, You Must Have: Must have and use strong overall organizational skills, customer service skills, public relations skills, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, the ability to be detail oriented and interact effectively with all levels (i.e. doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management) is also required. At least one year in a medical or research environment preferred. High school graduate (some college preferred)
