Responsibilities:

In support of the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (JPEO-CBRND), we are seeking a Senior CBRN Defense Requirements Analyst with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols, and Joint and Multi-Service CBRND Defense requirements.
The Senior CBRN Analyst will lead CBRN defense capability requirement development in accordance with the Joint Capability and Integration System (JCIDS) and will support the JRO-CBRND as the Capability Area Integrator. Primary duties will include (but not limited to):
• Assist the Chief, CBRN Defense Equipment Requirements Branch to oversee the Analyses of Alternatives and develop/coordinate materiel operational requirements and capabilities documents with Services, COCOMs, OSD, Joint Staff, and RDT&E organizations
• Responsible for developing Joint operational requirements by drafting, staffing and adjudicating requirements documents in accordance with the JCIDS Manual prior to entering them into KM/DS.
• Oversee the Analyses of Alternatives and develop requirements documents in coordination with stakeholder representatives.
• Organize and conduct at least quarterly, an Integrated Concept Team (ICT) meeting with all relevant stakeholders and draft and provide minutes.
• Develop, draft, staff, coordinate, and complete Joint Staff Action Packages using Task Management Tool (TMT) to accomplish tasks.
• Provide CBRN advice to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Service personnel as needed.
• Provide support as a subject matter expert in relevant field of experience.
• Provide senior-level briefings and products.
• Prepare regular reports on various identified technical issues.
• Obtain and maintain any security clearances, status or licenses required by client to perform work.
Education/Experience:
Fifteen (15) or more years of relevant technical area experience (comparable to an O- 5/CWO-4/GS-14), preferably in CBRN Defense or capability/requirements development.
• Experience with CBRN Support to Command and Control (CSC2), Joint All-Domain C2 (JADC2), or Integrated Early Warning is preferred.
• Experience with Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2)-compatible CBRN Common Operating Environment or integrated early warning
• Two (2) years of experience on Joint, OSD, CCMD and/or a Military Department staff is desired.
• Experience with TMT/ETMS-2 and/or KM/DS is preferred.
• Minimum of an earned Bachelor’s degree with a major relevant to the duties of the position. Graduate degree in related field is preferred.
Travel: 25%
Specific/Preferred Requirements:
Possess active TS/SCI clearance.
