Goldberg Segalla, a dynamic and collaborative law firm with a national presence, seeks a highly motivated and organized individual to join its team as a Request for Proposal and Information (RFP & RFI) Manager in its Buffalo, NY office. The RFP/RFI Manager will interface with various internal teams requesting and collecting data necessary for the completion of various projects including client RFP & RFI, client surveys, publication surveys, as well as internal reports.
The position requires a strong ability to analyze and integrate information collected from multiple sources and an understanding of the use of information compiled in many of the firm’s business processes. The right candidate will be able to multitask effectively and balance working on multiple requests and projects on a daily basis.

This annual range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law. This position also offers a full benefits package. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Review, receive necessary authorizations, draft, and develop a strategy for the timely preparation of client RFP and RFI responses, and other ad hoc client reporting requests.
- Collect, compile and report data through firm systems and databases interacting with firm leadership, various departments, attorneys and clients.
- Develop and maintain system of tracking how files close for reporting purposes and create a Trials/Successes/ADRs case summary database of high visibility wins for future reference (written by Content team, not this role).
- Create and report on calendars and timelines for deliverables and conduct follow-up as necessary with internal subject matter experts to meet these deadlines.
- Identify and provide suggestions for process and other workflow improvements including researching potential knowledge database systems for optimal efficiency.
- Compile and produce reports for internal purposes as needed.
- Understand and appropriately follow firm processes and utilize firm systems.
- Other relevant projects as needed.
EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate or bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in business, marketing, project management or sales support.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent cross-functional project management, knowledge management, data management and analysis skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills necessary to efficiently and effectively interact with firm leadership and directly with clients in a polished manner.
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office especially Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to quickly learn and proficiently utilize new software and other programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exercises good judgment and possesses good interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to provide quality service to internal and external clients.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to summarize information clearly and concisely.
- Works harmoniously and collaboratively with others as part of a team.
- Exercises confidentiality and discretion.
