Roles and Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand identity and key messaging.

- Create and optimize positive content across various digital platforms (websites, social media, review sites, etc.).
- Develop and implement content calendars to ensure consistent and relevant messaging.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

SEO and Online Presence Enhancement:
- Utilize SEO strategies to promote positive content and suppress negative search results.
- Implement best practices for online visibility and search engine rankings.
- Monitor search engine results pages (SERPs) and adjust strategies as needed.

Crisis Management and Mitigation:
- Proactively identify potential reputation issues and develop crisis management protocols.

- Work closely with legal and PR teams when necessary to protect clients' reputations.
