Job Summary:
As the Replenishment Analyst, you will be responsible for developing inventory replenishment models and forecasts. These models and forecasts are used to make informed purchasing decisions, ensuring that inventory and stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand. You will successfully analyze a variety of data, including historical sales, pricing, demand data, market trends, and other statistical metrics, to prepare accurate inventory requirement forecasts. This role involves creating a comprehensive buying plan, recommending order quantities and pricing to guide inventory replenishment and new purchasing initiatives. This role involves working closely with vendors and buyers to facilitate ordering, pricing, and inventory deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizes historical data, market trends, and input from the Senior Merchandisers, to accurately forecast demand products.
- Places purchase orders with suppliers in a timely manner to ensure inventory levels are maintained according to predetermined targets.
- Monitor inventory levels closely and adjust replenishment orders to prevent out of stocks or excess inventory.
- Analyze sales data, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline the replenishment process and enhance efficiency.
- Assist with retains, lab samples, product specs, warehouse quality control.
- Supports the team with multiple different administrative tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree preferred with 2 years’ experience, or equivalent 2-4 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, enhanced Excell skillset required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical abilities to be able to review facts and use problem solving skills to make educated decisions.
- Ability to proceed with objectives with little or no supervision and meet deadlines.
- Adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, or requirements.
- Ability to lift more than 45 LBS and perform merchandising-related tasks in the warehouse.
- This position is non-exempt and supports a 45-50 weekly schedule.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer in an office setting.
- May include periods of exposure to distribution center or retail setting.
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds at times.
