Repair Technician at Coast Personnel Services

A. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• System level debug or troubleshooting and repair as necessary.
• Manually examine and repair computer hardware and peripheral components.
• Test functionality and assess problems by operating computer systems or related.
• Troubleshooting computer systems problems.
• Take apart and re-assemble computer components and parts.
• Use small handheld tools such as screwdrivers, multimeter, etc.
• Manually setup computer systems and hardware, and install or re-install software programs for computer users.
• Work with colleagues (e.g., other computer repair, maintenance, QA and product engineer / manager) to resolve computer-related problems (troubleshooting).
• Read and review technical support manuals or other materials (e.g., SOP & work instructions).
• Create FA (Failure Analysis) Report base on the findings and solutions, must be required to write and spell in English correctly.
• Other duties and tasks assigned by managers.
• Must be able to follow company policy and safety procedure.

A. REQUIREMENTS  

• Minimum at least 1 year of experience in the computer hardware and software industry
• College degree prefer
• Must be fluent in English
