JOB PURPOSE:
Repair Telecommunications equipment to the component level by completing diagnostic tests, and repairs or replacements; maintaining repair records.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
Repair Telecommunications equipment to the component level by completing diagnostic tests, and repairs or replacements; maintaining repair records.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to:
- Repairs to the component level various telecommunications PCB.
- Attain and maintain minimum production rate as determined by ICBS Management.
- Completes repairs by adjusting, calibrating, aligning, modifying, repairing, or replacing parts, components, or circuitry.
- Verifies system performance by completing operational tests.
- Documents repair information per Repair Process requirements.
- Maintains safe work environment by following codes and standards.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Follows all applicable documented processes and procedures.
- Associate or Certificate in an Electronics program and minimum 2 years component level repair experience on Telecommunications equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in use of computers.
- Ability to work under pressure.
