Job Title: Repair Services Associate I
Job Location: Bentonville, AR
Job Contract: 10 Months on W2
Shift time: 2nd shift: 3pm 11:30pm
OT when possible-volunteer basis, Sometimes mandatory Saturday's if needed.
Looking for those mechanically inclined working with small electronics. Must be able to work with small parts.
Job Summary:
Preforms cleaning and guided testing of handheld mobile computers. Key duties include ensuring devices are free from dust and debris and conducts systematic tests to verify functionality and performance. Follows protocols to diagnose issues, update software, and ensure all devices meet quality standards. Strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
" Services customer product, including evaluating and validating customer complaint information, repair history, troubleshooting, and contract entitlement.
" Develops familiarity with a larger subset of products and processes, repair tasks that require specific skills learns and basic product design principles; follows general work instructions for assignments according to productivity and quality standards.
" Complies with all required safety practices, and regulations; participates in safety meetings,
committees, and/or audits.
" May perform activities to calibrate tools and maintain equipment.
