Overview:The Repair Parts Administrator takes charge of handling both inbound and outbound calls, as well as responding to internal and external emails, including Freshdesk tickets. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you'll thrive on the challenge, ensuring efficient filing of both warranty and non-warranty claims with manufacturers. Preparing detailed quotes and invoices, your precision and swiftness will be paramount, especially during our bustling peak seasons, such as fitness and outdoor pursuits. Maintaining a high level of productivity in daily tasks is essential for delivering exceptional customer service. With a deep understanding of our client services, you'll adeptly communicate with both team members in the customer service department and our valued clientele. Responsibilities:- Receives inbound calls and will be making outbound calls
- Answer all calls, emails and chats with professional phone and email etiquette.
- Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established processes, policies, and procedures.
- Check and/or follow-up with emails/phone calls/agent issues.
- Monitor and maintain scheduling call board /issues/parts/open/non-compliance boards within the assigned territory or department (repairs).
- Place purchase orders with manufacturers
- Making sure customers are serviced quickly and accurately, to ensure first call resolution.
- Communicate and build relationships with manufacturers
- Creates invoices and/or itemized quotes
- Providing customers with quotes on labor and/or parts
- Collecting payment on labor and/or parts
- Create new orders for repair service request per customer requests
- Create new orders per client and/or manufacturer requests
- Enter pricing per part, shipping and labor and up mark per our agreements
- Report to your repair manager about trends of missing and/or damaged parts

Other Skills We Hope to See:
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Customer Service Call Center experience a plus!
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively communicate in an oral and written manner with professionalism while conducting oneself according to policy. Proper grammar, spelling etc. should be reviewed prior to sending written communication.
