Position Summary:

A non-exempt medical office position responsible for front office processes in the physician practice.

Required Qualifications:

• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
• Education: Highschool diploma/GED with completion of medical office assistant program preferred.
• Experience: Must have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Veitnamese Speaker
• Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms
