Our client, a leading AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Business Reorganization and Financial Restructuring practice group in any of their NY, NJ, PA, FL, CA offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with strong commercial bankruptcy experience to work on sophisticated cases in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Candidate Profile:
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 3–5+ years of substantive experience in commercial bankruptcy practice, including both litigation and transactional work.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A team player with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a range of sophisticated bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters.
- Handle litigation and transactional aspects of commercial bankruptcy cases.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop innovative solutions for clients facing financial challenges.
