Must possess a Real Estate License in the state in which work is performed.

Proficient with online business solutions such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software. (Salesforce experience is ideal)

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma, GED, and 1 year of experience in a real estate role or a related field.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and sit at a desk working on a computer for multiple hours a day. The employee frequently is required to stand for multiple hours a day, climb flights of stairs, and drive a vehicle when out in the field. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to handle, or touch objects, tools, or controls when out in the field. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Work Environment

Remote Status: Much of the work can be performed at home, however, meetings with tenants and homeowners at the properties is required.

Travel Requirements: 25%-50% of travel is required in a 50–100-mile radius around the Metro area in which work is performed.
