Job Title: Independent Insurance Advisor

Client Acquisition:
Our in-house marketing team generates approximately 20,000 new client requests per week, exclusively for our advisors. We employ a data-driven approach to target and connect with motivated homeowners who have a need and desire for life insurance. Our system includes targeted direct mail and digital content, allowing interested homeowners to respond through an online link, scanning a QR code, or calling to request a virtual appointment over Zoom to review their options. With no cold calling involved, our advisors connect only with those who have expressed interest, making our system highly effective and enabling many of our advisors to earn over $120,000 in their first year, regardless of experience.
Client Fulfillment:
As a client advisor, you'll have access to our technology-driven CRM to connect with clients who have requested a consultation. Our automation will schedule virtual appointments from the comfort of your home or anywhere, allowing you to help clients apply for the best plan for their needs. The system will send a calendar event with a one-click link for the virtual meeting. Our full-time advisors typically connect with 10 to 15 families per week, and we provide ongoing training and support for our advisor partners. Some advisors start on a part-time basis and gradually transition to full-time.
In addition to generating client requests, we have created a Direct-to-Consumer platform for independent insurance advisors to leverage. This platform allows clients to purchase an insurance policy on their own, from their desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. Advisors who send clients to the site through a unique link get paid the commission for the sale, earning income 24/7 by driving traffic from social media, their warm market, and clients who prefer to get coverage on their own time, while still meeting with other clients virtually. You'll have access to real-time dashboards for status updates on all applications, allowing you to track the performance of your 24/7 storefront. We are empowering our agents with leading-edge systems and technology.
Advisor Compensation:
The average compensation is approximately $1,000 per issued client application. Our average full-time advisors enroll at least five clients per week, while our top advisors protect 15 to 20 clients per week. In addition to commissions, you'll earn overrides, bonuses, residuals, and all-expense-paid incentive travel. You are vested from day one, and you may qualify for equity incentives and an agency contract, which gives you full ownership of your permanent residual income stream.
