About the Job
Ultimate Staffing is hiring for multiple Website Project Coordinators. We are seeking individuals who are tech savvy, may have project management experience and are seeking temporary work. Candidates will assist clients via phone with electronic marketing materials and will be responsible for 20+ projects simultaneously from start to finish.
6 Months Assignment
Fully Remote - Equipment provided by company
Hours: Monday through Friday 9AM-6PM
Pay Rate: $25.00-28.00 per hour
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Balance work tasks and due dates to ensure on-time completion of website builds
- Effectively communicate to all project stakeholders
- Facilitate the distribution of work within and outside of the Implementation team
- Ensure that quality of the work meets the company's high standards
- Provide superior written and verbal customer service
- Properly identify issues in need of escalation and follow proper escalation procedures
- Employ creativity to solve customer problems
- Adapt to process changes while maintaining a positive attitude
- Remain ahead of industry trends and provide educated feedback to clients regarding their digital strategies
- Coordinate communication with clients
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of prior experience in website content management
- Communicate professionally with customers/business partners over the phone and through email
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish and deliver ahead of due dates
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Basic Knowledge of HTML and CSS (Desired, but not required)
- Experience in a fast-paced, environment. Start-up environment experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands
- Interpersonal skills and detail oriented
