Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Remote Venture Capital Tax Manager to join our team in the finance industry. As a senior tax manager with a focus on venture capital, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice to our clients in the venture capital sector. This is a permanent remote position that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tax consulting services to venture capital clients, including tax planning, compliance, and structuring.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and serve as their trusted tax advisor.
- Review tax returns, financial statements, and other tax-related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Research and analyze complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients and team members.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate their impact to clients and team members.
- Work closely with other team members to provide a high level of service to clients and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- CPA certification is required.
- 3+ years of experience in tax consulting, with a focus on venture capital.
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations related to venture capital.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to research and analyze complex tax issues.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
- Experience with tax software and other technology tools used in tax consulting.
