Medlinks Cost Containment, Inc. & Medlinks Staffing, LLC. are seeking strategic B2B vendor contracts with specialized Remote Bookkeeping Service Providers to manage daily financial transactions, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and financial reporting. Vendors must have expertise in delegate access banking and utilize secured, encrypted systems for data confidentiality and compliance with financial security protocols.
Scope of Work
1. Financial Transaction Management
Accurately record and manage financial transactions using industry-standard accounting software.
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing.
Provide expense tracking and categorization through QuickBooks Online or similar platforms.
2. Bank Reconciliations & Delegate Access Banking
Utilize delegate access to business bank accounts for transaction monitoring and reconciliation.
Maintain strict security controls, ensuring view-only or limited permissions to prevent unauthorized actions.
Adhere to banking security protocols, including multi-factor authentication (MFA) and activity alerts.
3. Payroll & Expense Management
Process and validate payroll transactions, ensuring compliance with employment laws.
Oversee corporate credit card reconciliations and employee reimbursements.
Work with Medlinks’ financial team to track and approve vendor payments and operational expenses.
4. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
Ensure strict adherence to GAAP, tax laws, and corporate financial policies.
Provide support for quarterly tax filings, audits, and annual financial reporting.
Maintain audit-ready documentation to support regulatory compliance and financial transparency.
5. Reporting & Budgeting Support
Generate monthly financial summaries for executive review.
Provide quarterly budget performance reports, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks.
Assist in creating financial forecasts and investment tracking metrics.
6. Secure Technology & Compliance
Vendors must operate on a secured IT infrastructure, utilizing encrypted data access.
Must use VPNs and password management systems to maintain Medlinks’ security protocols.
Integration with Medlinks’ delegate banking and accounting software is required.
Vendor Requirements
Minimum 2+ years experience in corporate bookkeeping and financial management.
Certified proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and cloud-based financial tools.
Expertise in delegate banking protocols and transaction reconciliation.
Compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and corporate finance best practices.
Strong data security measures in place, including encrypted transactions and secure file storage.
Preferred Vendor Qualifications
Experience in healthcare or staffing industry financial management.
Proven ability to manage multi-client accounts with strict compliance requirements.
Familiarity with cryptocurrency investment tracking and alternative financial instruments.
Ability to customize financial reporting solutions for C-suite executives.
