Job Title: Tax Senior

Location: Remote in the Tampa/ Lakeland/Sarasota area

Salary: 120k-150k + Annual Bonuses + Full Benefits + PTO + Profit Sharing

We are a full-service CPA Firm based in the Tampa/Lakeland/Sarasota FL areas and have been in business for over 30 years. Hiring for hybrid Tax Senior role that will soon turn into a director role really quickly!

We focus on strategic planning with our clients, as well as the compliance side, providing services to businesses located throughout the United States and internationally. We are looking for a Tax Director who is experienced in overseeing tax engagements from start to finish including budgeting, staffing, planning, production, first-level or final review, total work quality, and profitability.

What You Need for this Position

Required:

• Must have CPA/EA
• Minimum 6+ years in Public Accounting/OR Wealth Management
• At least 2+ years at the manager level
• Experience having several direct reports/leading a small team.
• Must have the majority of your portfolio in tax be HNW.
  
  

Preferred:

International experience is a huge plus!
