Remote Talent Development Coordinator Compensation
- The pay for this position is $22.32 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
Remote Talent Development Coordinator Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is Monday through Friday, with working hours depending on the candidate's time zone.
- This role is remote, working offsite from locations anywhere in the U.S.
Remote Talent Development Coordinator Responsibilities
- Perform LMS (Saba/Cornerstone platform) administration tasks for professional and leadership development programs, including adding and maintaining courses, curricula, classes, and evaluations, reconciling class rosters, creating workspaces, conducting program analysis and reporting, and collaborating with HR Technology team and Talent Development program managers.
- Monitor and triage Outlook group email boxes related to Leadership Development and Colleague Development.
- Run reporting and analyze data to determine trends, gaps, and performance.
- Identify opportunities to streamline/simplify processes to reduce time to perform tasks.
Remote Talent Development Coordinator Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days.
- Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) administration (e.g., adding courses and classes, adding curricula, posting attendance, creating workspaces, running reports).
- Strong skills in evaluating training programs and reporting results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Confidence in problem-solving and decision-making within set timelines.
- Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
Remote Talent Development Coordinator Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing shared mailboxes for enterprise talent development inquiries.
