Paid Time Off:
Envision Healthcare offers paid time off, 9 observed holidays and paid family leave. You accrue Paid Time Off (PTO) each pay period and depending on your position and can earn a minimum of 20 days and up to 25 days per calendar year.

This role is primarily responsible to oversee and lead process improvement activities and initiatives in support of business. This role will work closely with payroll, HR Shared services, and operations to identify areas of opportunity, lead improvement initiatives, quality management, metrics and reporting and will develop and roll out training in support of these systems and initiatives.
Responsibilities:- Develops and leads short-term and long-term planning for operational success.
- Routinely uses metrics and feedback to investigate trending issues, generate root cause analysis and facilitate appropriate systemic solutions across functional teams.
- Develops and implements related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and educational resources for operations leaders and teammates.
- Collaborates with leadership and utilizing data analytics assess and analyze training needs related to proprietary software applications and improvement initiatives and meet those needs in a timely, cost-effective manner. This may include new hire training, operational policy and procedure training, and technical system training and guidance.
- Provides support related to system and business processes, development and implementation and identify the features and capabilities of system and business processes that are implemented to achieve increased operational efficiencies, reduce cost and increase automation.
- Works with internal and external business partners to draft, socialize, obtain feedback, consensus, and alignment on proposed operational processes and/or policies.
- Builds relationships with operational leaders across the company, leads regular and ad hoc meetings to develop processes ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Creates and/or uses existing reports to evaluate performance, validates continuous improvement of business processes.

- Ability to work independently and operate effectively on cross-functional/matrix project teams to simultaneously lead multiple projects to successful completion of assigned deliverables.
- Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities.
- Highly proficient with desktop software, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and specifically Excel;
- Has knowledge of HR/Payroll systems and technology (e.g. Oracle Cloud, timekeeping compensation/payroll systems, ServiceNow)
- Understanding of healthcare operations highly preferred
Education/Experience
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience with HR/Payroll, Project Management, Healthcare operations or other relevant experience.
