Job Details

Must Haves

• Minimum 7+ years of ServiceNow ITSM Developer Experience
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance
• Experience working with functional business leaders, identifying business objectives and developing outcome-focused roadmaps
• Can partner with security teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet federal government security requirements and comply with relevant regulations such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP
• Strong programming skills - Java, JavaScript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap
• Recent experience leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions in alignment with federal government expectations
• Expert with building ServiceNow solutions for multiple modules including, ITSM, Portal, Catalog, HR Module, ITBM, SOC & GRC
• Strong ServiceNow Portal development skills including adding multiple pages and portal widgets in ServiceNow
• Comfortable building custom widgets
