| • Conduct implementation readiness assessment • Prepare for, and facilitate, implementation workshops • Create a backlog of Agile stories representing functional requirements • Create Epic level release plan organizing backlog into logical outcomes Focus areas: Core Platform, Hardware Asset Mgmt. Professional, Remedy ITSM, Flexera (on-prem) |
