Remote- Scoping Project Coordinator (East Coast) - Selectek, Inc.

Job Summary:
The Scoping Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Project Manager by managing site acquisition document control, overseeing database management, tracking project activities, and coordinating team communications. The goal is to ensure that project milestones are met within the established timeframes and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized document control, manage electronic project files, and ensure accuracy in uploading and managing data in relevant databases.
• Support the project’s RFDS database management by coordinating with team members and clients.
• Monitor and update project trackers as well as client databases to reflect real-time project progress.
• Actively participate in daily or weekly deployment meetings, providing project updates and staying informed on project status.
• Ensure all project documents and records are accurately maintained and readily accessible.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in project administration; 1+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator in wireless telecommunications is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (specialized training or education may substitute for some experience).
• Strong data analytics and data entry skills, with a detail-oriented approach to project documentation.
• Preferred experience in AT&T Site Acquisition Coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to work independently and maintain accurate project records.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specific experience in wireless telecom project coordination.
• Demonstrated experience with telecom design work, right-of-way project work, small cell projects, or wireless/fiber telecom work.

Employment Type: Full-time, long-term (with potential for extension)
Compensation: $27/hr - $31/hr
