REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce configuration, development, and data migration.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementation.
- Experience in LWC (Lightning Web Component), Apex, Triggers, and Flows.
- Knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, Sharing/Security Model and data modelling.
- Experience of Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and ETL processes.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of Scrum model.
- Experience of OmniStudio components (Integration Procedure, DataRaptor, FlexCard), Salesforce Public Sector Solutions is a nice to have.
What You'll Do:
- Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using Salesforce Platform, Lightning Web components, Lightning Flows, Apex Class, Triggers, etc.
- Experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud implementation, showcasing the ability to enhance customer service and user experiences through tailored Salesforce environments.
- Implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to best practices in development, security, and code optimization.
- Works on billable engagements to provide support, advice, and guidance on the correct application of a services solution or technique.
- Receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
- Communicate with the Project manager and Architect to design product strategies and ensure effective collaboration and execution throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
- Communicates with the customer, providing clear and professional analysis.
- Document all work processes and solutions thoroughly.
