We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team and play a key role in shaping and advancing our expanding sales strategy. In this exciting position, you'll refine sales techniques, approaches, and pitches, driving the success of our sales organization. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by contributing innovative ideas and working closely with key stakeholders.

- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective clients
- Continuously test, refine, and enhance sales pitches, strategies, and approaches
- Provide feedback on the effectiveness of sales strategies and adjust as needed
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in Salesforce or a comparable CRM
- Contribute creative ideas to boost sales performance and refine initiatives
- Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience with a proven success record
- Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proven experience with high-volume calling and time management
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM is a plus
