Long Term Care Pharmacy is seeking an Experienced Retail Pharmacy Technician with Customer Service skills to join our team Remotely!

Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
- Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.
- Clarify orders as needed.
Pharmacy Technician-Customer Service Requirements:
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License.
- Previous experience in pharmacy.
- LTC pharmacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Moderate to advanced computer skills, required.
- Great telephone etiquette a must.
- Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent, required.
