Are you seeking a meaningful role where you can support individuals’ mental health and well-being? We are hiring licensed Mental Health Counselors—LPCCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs—to join our committed team in California.

Job Type: Full-time, Virtual

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Duties:

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, families, and groups, employing research-backed methods.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to guide clients toward mental wellness.
• Deliver urgent intervention and crisis management services to clients in distress.
• Keep accurate, secure client records in line with all regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to enhance client care.
• Stay informed of new practices and trends in the counseling field.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus full benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related discipline from an accredited university.
• California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or eligible for licensing.
• Experience in delivering therapy to diverse populations.
• Strong ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
• Dedication to providing culturally sensitive care.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
