• Sell new home and auto insurance policies.
• Renew existing home and auto insurance policies.
• Develop relationships with mortgage brokers and real estate agents.
• Telephone prospective and existing customers.
• Text prospective and existing customers.
• Attend weekly team meetings focused on learning, sharing ideas, and growth.
• Contribute to fostering a strong team culture.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of independent agency insurance sales experience (5+ years preferred but not mandatory).
• Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license in the state of Texas.
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong organizational skills.
• Must have access to a computer or tablet for work. NDI will provide the software credentials.
• Excellent communication skills.
