Responsibilities
- Sell new home and auto insurance policies.
- Renew existing home and auto insurance policies.
- Develop relationships with mortgage brokers and real estate agents.
- Telephone prospective and existing customers.
- Text prospective and existing customers.
- Attend weekly team meetings focused on learning, sharing ideas, and growth.
- Contribute to fostering a strong team culture.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of insurance sales experience (5+ years preferred but not mandatory).
- Valid Property and Casualty (P&C) license in the state of Texas.
- Self-motivated and proactive with strong organizational skills.
- Must have access to a computer or tablet for work. We will provide the software credentials.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Genuine commitment to helping customers find the best insurance solutions.
