About the Job
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter and driven sales-person looking to advance their insurance career with American Family Insurance-Mazariego Agency LLC.
This is a sales insurance job with an opportunity to earn a small base and uncapped commissions.
Better yet, you can do this role 100% remotely. It's a great opportunity to leverage your contacts, partners and local community and develop deeper relationships, on your own time and schedule.
You must have a plan or a pipeline to achieve a minimum of 15k in monthly premium starting your first month. You can write personal, commercial, life or farm. You can write some or all lines of business; based on preference, knowledge and licensing.
You must be aware and confident of how your natural sales and service skills will drive your success and performance. Attention to detail, resilience, follow through, caring, ethical, good communication and honest, are basic required skills and expectations.
This candidate will know how to: leverage existing contacts, pipeline, relationships and business partnerships, to deliver consistent results.
Compensation: Can be adjusted to accommodate the right candidate's talents, ability and skill set.
Salary Range: $20800.00 - $45000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Basic recommended responsibilities:
- Manage your pipeline
- Create a hotlist of your top 50 clients/prospects
- Manage your own calendar of appointments
- Have/Develop a schedule of daily/weekly Sales driven activities
- Have/Develop a community/partners plan
- Follow up on assigned leads and cross-sell opportunities
- Create and confidently present package recommendations
- On-board new clients during the fist 60 days
- Provide a sales recap once a week
- Be available to meet via phone or zoom as scheduled or required
Requirements
Licensing: Active insurance license in Minnesota required. Pesonal Lines and Life
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting client needs and exceeding expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
Collaboration: Team player mindset with a desire to work collaboratively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other communication tools.
Tools and Equipment: Must have access to a Laptop/PC and a smart phone.
Criminal Record: Must be able to pass a criminal records background check.
