As an Entry-Level Sales Manager, you'll wear two important hats—driving your own personal sales production and stepping into a management role where you will be responsible for mentoring and leading a team of agents. What You’ll Do:

• Personal Sales: Focus on selling life insurance products to veterans, union members, and their families—helping them secure financial protection for their loved ones.
• Team Leadership: Oversee a team of sales agents, offering guidance and motivation to achieve both individual and team sales goals.
• Training & Coaching: Be an active participant in our comprehensive training programs, equipping yourself and your team with the tools and skills needed to succeed.
• Client Relationship Building: Build trust with clients by offering personalized solutions, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their insurance decisions.
• Achieve Results: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving growth for both yourself and your team.
