Are you a motivated, self-driven individual with a passion for helping families? We are seeking dynamic candidates to join our team as Remote Insurance Sales Representatives. This fully remote position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, perfect for those new to the field or highly experienced professionals ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone or Zoom to qualify, educate, and guide them through the insurance application process.
- Provide customized solutions to meet clients’ life insurance needs using our portfolio of top-rated carriers.
- Attain a 5% commission raise every two months based on production.
- Work closely with your mentoring agent and utilize company-provided resources for success.
- Obtain a life insurance license (if not already licensed) with support from Symmetry Financial Group.
Qualifications
- A passion for helping others and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Access to reliable internet and Zoom capabilities.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain a life insurance license.
Compensation
- Part-Time Agents: Earn approximately $30K-$60K in your first year.
- Full-Time Agents: Earn approximately $80K-$190K in your first year.
- Agency Owners: Build a passive income stream of $200K-$500K annually after a few years of consistent promotions.
The average commission is $500-$600 per application, with full-time agents writing 5 applications per week.
