Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Help Desk Analyst to support a federal program based out of Chantilly, VA. This position requires a candidate to be local, but it is primarily REMOTE.
REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE AND ACTIVE SECURITY+ CERTIFICATION
Responsibilities of the Help Desk Analyst:
- End-user support for software, peripherals, and devices
- Installation of specialized software
- SolarWinds Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tickets and tasks for specialized software, peripherals, and devices
- Deployment of new desktop and laptops hardware
Qualifications of the Help Desk Analyst:
- 3+ years of experience in an IT support help desk role.
- Experience with imaging and support of windows laptops, PCs, iPhone, and iPad support, etc.
- Active Security+ certification required
- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree preferred. High school diploma required.
Compensation for the Help Desk Analyst:
- Salary: $50-65,000/year **flexible based on experience
