Account Executive - Healthcare Staffing
Remote from home office - Can live anywhere in the United States
$80K - $120K base, $150K OTE (Increasing YoY)

Dynamic staffing company, poised for further expansion, is seeking a Sales Executive with a few years of Business Development experience in the healthcare staffing industry. ***Specifically travel RN's, LPN's, and CNA's.
Your role will involve sourcing and securing new client relationships in the healthcare sector across the U.S., managing existing clients, and expanding business opportunities.
Required:
3+ years of experience in business development and sales in healthcare staffing.
Proven track record of sales success and client relationship building.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to identify and engage potential clients.
Skilled in creating compelling value propositions and presentations.
Knowledgeable in full sales lifecycle and funnel management.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales activity through proactive outreach (phone, email, social media, industry events) to healthcare facilities.
Build and maintain a business portfolio, focusing on healthcare organizations in specific markets and customer targets.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers (CEO, CMO, SVP HR, CFO, procurement executives) to secure new business and maximize value.
Manage sales pipeline, including forecasting accuracy, account planning, and CRM updates.
Coordinate initial client orders and candidate submissions with the Recruitment and Account Management teams.
Work with marketing for lead generation strategies.
