Responsibilities:

• Conduct Legal Research and Prepare Documents
• Collaborate with Legal Team Members and Other Professionals
• Attend Court Hearings and Represent Clients as Needed
• Work Independently as Well as Alongside Your Team

Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of Professional Family Law Experience Experience
• Successful Completion of Juris Doctorate (JD)
• Active License in good standing with the CA State Bar
• Familiarity with common Family codes, Case Law, and Judicial Council Forms
• Strong Legal Research and Writing Ability
